All positions are inbound customer service — no cold calling. You’ll only handle incoming calls assisting customers with billing, scheduling, and account support.

You’ll be providing inbound customer service for well-known brands in industries like:

Most opportunities are phone-based. Non-phone roles are very limited and usually reserved for experienced agents in good standing.

Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free area
Registration Note: You must register from an Arise-compatible computer. A PC Scan will automatically run during registration to confirm your system meets requirements.

What Does It Cost to Get Started?
This is a business opportunity, not a traditional job. You’re building your own income stream with our support every step of the way.
Here’s what to expect:

Background Check: $30 one-time fee (paid to a third-party vendor)

We do not receive or control individual results for privacy reasons.

Refundable Class Confirmation Deposit: $50 (required when enrolling in your chosen client’s training; refunded after Day 1 directly to your payment method)

Training: Free and paid from Day 1!

What’s the Difference Between Joining Homesource Staffing vs. Registering on Your Own?
You have two options when joining the Arise platform:

Most agents choose to partner with Homesource Staffing to focus on training and earning, while we handle the back-end details.
How Does Training Work?
Training is 100% online and paid from Day 1!
-
Classes are live (Monday–Friday)
-
Choose morning, afternoon, or evening sessions (based on availability)
-
Classes last 4–6 hours per day
-
Attendance is required to complete certification
Most certifications take 4–6 weeks, with new classes starting as soon as two weeks from now!
How Soon Can I Start Working and Getting Paid?
Once your background check clears and you complete certification, you’re ready to start servicing!
Typical timeline:

Register & pass background check → 1-3 days
-
Complete training → 4–6 weeks

Begin servicing → Immediately after certification
Many agents begin earning their first paycheck within 30 days of registering.
How and When Will I Get Paid?
You’ll receive direct deposit twice per month:

1st–15th
-
16th–end of month
Deposits are typically made 3–5 business days after each pay period ends.
No paper checks — all payments are processed securely via direct deposit.
What Is the Fee Structure?
We keep it simple and transparent:

Arise Platform Fee: 5% (charged by Arise)
-
Homesource Staffing Admin Fee: $35 per pay period
These fees cover:

Payroll processing
-
SOW tracking
-
Tax documentation
-
Compliance & communication
-
Ongoing agent support
Fees are only deducted after you start working and getting paid.
Will I Be Responsible for My Own Taxes?
Yes. You’ll be operating as a 1099 Independent Contractor, which means:

No taxes are withheld

You’ll receive a 1099-MISC if you earn $600+ per year
-
You may qualify for business-related deductions (internet, home office, equipment) — consult a tax professional for guidance
Do You Accept Agents Outside the U.S.?
No. This opportunity is only available to U.S. residents, excluding:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin
