Step 1: Register Online
Create your free profile on the Arise Portal and complete a quick skills assessment — no resume or interview required.
✅ Registration must be done from an Arise-compatible computer (you’ll run a quick PC Scan during registration).
✅ Choose Homesource Staffing LLC (IB ID: 84636) when prompted to join a Service Partner.
📅 New paid training classes start every few weeks — some as soon as two weeks from now!
💼Step 2: Choose Your Client
Once registered, browse real companies looking for remote customer service agents.
✅ Choose from industries like Healthcare, Travel, Retail, Finance, and Roadside Assistance
✅ View pay rates, class schedules, and client details before enrolling
✅ All calls are inbound only — no cold calling or selling
You’re in control — decide who you work with, when you work, and how much you earn.
Step 3: Get PAID to Certify!
You’ll complete a live, instructor-led certification class — and the best part? Training is PAID from Day 1! 🎉
💡 Most classes run 4–6 weeks, Monday–Friday, with morning, afternoon, and evening options (some clients may offer 6-hour sessions).
💻 Training is 100% online — learn from home at your own desk.
During certification, you’ll master your client’s tools, policies, and call-handling systems — everything you need to succeed!
Step 4: Work & Get Paid Twice Monthly
Once certified, start taking inbound calls for your client and earning revenue. Work part-time, full-time, or around your life.
✅ Choose your own schedule (days, evenings, or overnights)
✅ Pay twice monthly via direct deposit
✅ Average pay: $13–$15/hr (some higher, depending on client)
📅 Pay Periods: 1st–15th and 16th–end of month
💰 Deposits arrive 3–5 business days after each period
