Submit your basic info and complete a quick assessment so we can match you with the right opportunities. No prior experience required!

Browse real companies partnered with Arise that need remote customer support. You pick who you want to work with—based on hours, pay, and interest.

🎓Step 3: Get Certified

Complete a virtual training program (from home!) to learn the tools and systems for your chosen client. Training is unpaid, but it’s your path to paid work.

💵Step 4: Work & Get Paid

Once certified, start supporting your client! Enjoy flexible scheduling and get paid twice a month. You choose the hours, we’ve got your back.

❓Quick FAQs

Q: What equipment do I need to get started?
A: A computer (no Chromebooks), high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi), and a USB headset.

Q: How much does it cost to join?
A: There’s a one-time $30 background check fee. Once working, a $35 admin fee is applied each pay period. Starting June 1, a 5% Arise service fee will also be deducted from your client earnings. We keep things transparent so there are no surprises.

Q: How much can I earn?
A: Most agents earn between $10–$18/hour depending on the client and your availability.

Q: When do I get paid?
A: Our pay periods run from the 1st–15th and the 16th–end of each month. You’ll receive direct deposit within 3–5 business days after each period ends.
