After creating your account, complete your profile and the required online assessment. Once you've successfully completed these steps, you'll be able to browse available client opportunities.

Browse the available customer service opportunities on the Arise® Platform and compare your options before enrolling.
Each opportunity includes information such as:

Homesource Staffing also shares client updates and enrollment information to help you compare opportunities and choose the one that's right for you.
🎓 Step 4: Complete Enrollment & Paid Certification
Once you've selected a client opportunity, complete any remaining enrollment requirements. Depending on the client, this may include identity verification, a background check, or other client-specific requirements.
You'll then complete the client's paid certification, where you'll learn the systems, tools, and procedures needed before servicing customers.
Successful completion of certification is required before you can begin servicing.

After successfully completing certification, you'll begin providing inbound customer service support from home as an independent contractor on the Arise® Platform.
As part of Homesource Staffing, you'll continue receiving client updates, enrollment notifications, and ongoing support throughout your journey.
