We would like to provide detailed information on the enrollment process. Please understand that enrollment is NOT complete until all steps have been done.
  1. The first thing you must do to enroll is access the Arise Portal, complete and pass the Harver assessment. You will not see opportunities until this is done. Please see welcome letter for tips on passing the assessment.
Once you've completed the assessment, you'll see 1 of 3 things under client opportunities.
  • Available classes - which means that you can pick a client that you'll be interested in servicing.
  • "Here are the available opportunities that are a best match based on the preferences you selected and your assessment scores" and a blank page. This means that we are waiting for more classes to post. This can happen at any time, and we'll email you all once they do. Also, check the portal periodically for updates.
  • "Based on your latest assessment result, we don't currently have an opportunity that matches your skillset. You are welcome to try again on (Date)", This means that the assessment wasn't passed, and you'll need to wait 30 days to try again.
  1. Click the green 'GET STARTED' button under the course you'd like to enroll on the Arise portal.
  2. Follow the outlined steps as shown below. Keep in mind that you must register from your servicing computer that passes the technical check as seen below. Many of you click 'get started' but do not start the technical check. Once it has been passed, you'll be able to continue to Photo ID Verification (you will need a valid state photo ID in hand) and the background check ($30). When filling out the background check, be sure that all information and spelling is accurate. Any delay with this could cause the class to fill before the process has been completed. The refundable class confirmation deposit is due 7 days prior to the start of class.

  3. Once you are enrolled in a certification course, you will receive a welcome letter from your instructor within 3 days of the start of your certification course. This will include directions to access any required pre-work. You can also access the Arise Portal and click on the Class Details button on the Opportunity Announcement to review the class details.
