Hi, I’m Tomeka, and I’m not just the founder of Homesource Staffing—I’m also a wife, a mom, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to want more out of life.
Like many of you, I used to spend my days commuting an hour each way to a job that demanded my time and energy but didn’t give me the flexibility I needed to be present for my family. It was exhausting.
But after nearly twelve years of juggling a job that didn’t fit my lifestyle, I found an opportunity that changed everything. I now get to work from home, create my own schedule, and have more time for what matters most—my family. Being able to drop my kids off at school, attend their events, and still get my work done has been life-changing. 💖
