Thank you for considering Homesource Staffing! We have provided instructions below for if you signed up as a sole proprietor. If you originally chose another IBO, you would speak with them regarding releasing you from their company. You'd then be able to join our team using our IBID 84636.

In order to switch from sole proprietor to agent of a call center company: You will need to terminate your Master Service Agreement. To terminate your MSA on the Arise portal click on Documents > Master Service Agreement > Terminate MSA. Select a Termination Date and Reason. Click Submit.

You will receive a confirmation email indicating your MSA has been terminated. Once the MSA has been terminated you will be able to complete registration again. Please Note: If you select todays date as the term date of your MSA, allow 24 hours for processing.

If you have recently changed from a Sole Proprietor to request to become an agent under Homesource Staffing and are no longer able to log into the Arise Portal (with errors such as incorrect username and password), please email registration@registration.arise.com. Be sure to include your full name, Agent ID number (if you have it), error message received, and the email used to register.
