Check What's Included With Your Bundle
Although the computers in this collection are designed for Arise compatibility, what's included with each bundle varies.
Some options include one monitor, while others may include a dual-monitor setup or additional accessories.
The computer options on our shopping link are displayed from lowest to highest price, so don't assume the first or least-expensive option includes your entire required setup.
Always open the individual product listing and review what's included before purchasing.
If your bundle includes only one monitor, you'll need to add a second monitor separately.

What Equipment Will I Need?
A compatible computer is only one part of your work-from-home setup.
You'll also need:
- A compatible Windows 11 computer
- Two monitors
- A wired USB headset
- A webcam
- A hard-wired Ethernet connection
- An Ethernet cable
- A keyboard and mouse
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
Some of these items may already be included with the computer bundle you select. Check what's included before purchasing additional equipment.
Need a Headset?
A wired USB headset is required for servicing customer calls.
If your computer bundle doesn't include a headset—or you prefer to purchase one separately—you can shop compatible options on Amazon.
[SHOP WIRED USB HEADSETS ON AMAZON]
Wireless and Bluetooth headsets should not be used in place of a required wired USB headset.
You'll Need a Webcam Too
A webcam is required for certification and may be required at other times while participating in an opportunity.
Your computer setup may already include one. If not, you'll need to purchase an external USB webcam separately.
Plan for a Wired Internet Connection
Your servicing computer must be connected to your internet using a hard-wired Ethernet connection.
Wi-Fi is not permitted for servicing. Your computer should be connected directly to your modem or router using an Ethernet cable.
Satellite internet and mobile internet connections are not supported, even when the device allows you to connect your computer using an Ethernet cable.
Before purchasing equipment or setting up your workspace, make sure you have a supported high-speed internet connection and that your computer can be hard-wired directly to your modem or router.
For complete internet and equipment specifications, review our Equipment Requirements page.
Shopping Somewhere Else? Avoid These Common Mistakes
You are not required to purchase a computer through our links.
If you already have a computer or prefer to shop somewhere else, that's perfectly fine. However, make sure you check the requirements before you buy.
Here are some of the most common computer-buying mistakes:
Buying a Chromebook
Chromebooks are not compatible with the Arise® Platform.
Buying a Mac or MacBook
Apple Mac computers and MacBooks are not compatible.
Buying an All-in-One Computer
All-in-one computers, where the computer components are built into the monitor, are not compatible.
Buying a Laptop Without Checking the Specifications
Laptops can be compatible, but this is an area where it's easy to make a costly mistake.
Don't assume that a laptop will work simply because it runs Windows 11.
Some lower-priced laptops may not have enough RAM, storage, processing power, available ports, or dual-monitor capability to meet the requirements.
Not Checking RAM and Storage
Pay close attention to the specifications—not just the price.
A computer may look like a great deal but have insufficient RAM or storage. Some client opportunities may also have requirements that are higher than the general platform requirements.
Buying Based on “Work From Home” in the Product Title
A computer being advertised online as a work-from-home computer doesn't automatically mean it's compatible with the Arise® Platform.
If you're purchasing somewhere other than the Arise-compatible collection linked on this page, compare the computer's specifications with the current requirements before purchasing.

Already Have a Computer?
You may not need to purchase a new one!
If you already own a Windows 11 desktop or laptop, check its specifications before spending money on another computer.
If it meets the requirements, you may only need to add a second monitor, wired USB headset, webcam, Ethernet cable, or another missing piece of your setup.

3. Add Your Wired USB Headset
If you don't already have one, choose a wired USB headset for servicing customer calls.
4. Make Sure You Have a Webcam
Check whether your setup already includes a webcam. If not, add one before certification.
5. Get Your Workspace Connected
Make sure you have an Ethernet cable long enough to connect your computer directly to your modem or router.
Remember that Wi-Fi, satellite internet, and mobile internet are not supported for servicing.
Before You Purchase
If you're purchasing through the Arise-compatible computer collection linked on this page, focus on choosing the bundle that fits your needs and budget and checking exactly what equipment is included.
If you're purchasing a computer somewhere else, take the extra step of comparing the computer's specifications with the current requirements before spending your money.
And remember: you don't need to replace equipment you already own if it meets the requirements.
