💡 What This Involves

At Homesource Staffing, we partner with Arise Virtual Solutions, a trusted platform that connects Fortune 500 companies with everyday people (like you!) to provide inbound customer service — all from home. 🏡

Here’s what that means for you:
✅ You’ll be answering inbound calls only — no cold calling or telemarketing.
✅ You’ll assist customers with account maintenance, scheduling, orders, billing, and general inquiries.
✅ You’ll choose your own client and the type of work you’d like to do.
✅ You’ll set your own schedule and work as much (or as little) as you’d like.

This is independent contract work, not a traditional job — which means no interviews, no resumes, and total flexibility to work when it fits your life. 🙌🏽

🧠 What You’ll Need

It’s super simple to get started! Here’s what’s required:

✨ Age: 18 or older
✨ Location: Must live in the U.S. (excluding CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, HI, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, WI)
✨ Background Check: $30 one-time fee (paid to a third-party vendor)
✨ Computer: Windows 11, 12–16 GB RAM, 40 GB free storage, 60 GB total space
✨ Second Monitor: Required for most clients
✨ USB Headset: Noise-cancelling
✨ Internet: High-speed wired connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile hotspots)
✨ Training Availability: Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day (2–6 weeks)
✨ Servicing Hours: At least 15 hours per week once you go live

💰 Pay & Training

This is where it gets exciting — you control your paycheck! 💸

Most clients pay between $13–$15 per hour, with some paying more based on performance or specialized skills. You get to choose the client that fits your goals:

  • Some offer higher pay

  • Others offer more flexibility

  • Some have lighter call volumes

💵 Average Earnings: $400–$1200 twice monthly
🏦 Pay Schedule: Direct deposit twice monthly (1st–15th and 16th–end of month)

🎓 Training is Paid — From Day 1!

That’s right — all training is paid starting your very first day 🎉

Training is live and required, typically held Monday–Friday in one of these time slots:
🕘 9AM–1PM EST
🕑 2PM–6PM EST
🌙 6PM–10PM EST (latest available)

⏰ Some clients may offer 6-hour training classes. Specific schedules will be listed in the opportunity details before you enroll.

🧾 Fees (Let’s Keep It Real)

Since this is a 1099 business opportunity, there are a few small fees that come with operating independently. These are industry standard and ensure you have access to all the tools you need to succeed.

Here’s the breakdown:

🔹 Arise Platform Fee: 5% of earnings (deducted automatically by Arise each pay period)
🔹 Homesource Staffing Admin Fee: $35 per pay period (covers payroll, compliance, and support)

✅ These fees are only deducted after you start working and earning — you’ll never pay out of pocket to get started.

🧾 Additional Notes

  • Background Check Fee: $30 one-time payment (paid to a third-party vendor)

  • Refundable Class Confirmation Deposit: $50 deposit required when enrolling in your chosen client’s training. This confirms your seat in class and is fully refunded after the first day of training back to your original payment method.

  • No Taxes Deducted: You’ll receive a 1099-MISC form at year-end

  • Tax Deductions: As a contractor, you may qualify for business-related write-offs (consult a tax pro)
